Position: Digital Marketing and SEO Associate

This document outlines the combined roles, responsibilities, and expectations for the Digital Marketing and SEO Associate at Encore Media.



Key Responsibilities:



Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing search terms. Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and image alt attributes. Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with the development team to address issues. Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance website authority. Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and develop SEO-friendly content strategies.


Digital Marketing:

Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Contribute to the development of engaging and shareable digital content. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Collaborate with the social media team to integrate SEO strategies into social media campaigns.


Content Marketing:

Support the development and optimization of content for digital platforms. Contribute to content creation, including blog posts, articles, and other digital assets. Ensure alignment of content with SEO best practices and target audience interests.


Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor website and campaign analytics to track key performance indicators. Prepare regular reports on SEO and digital marketing performance with actionable insights.


Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and SEO best practices. Proactively suggest and implement strategies to adapt to evolving trends.



Qualifications and Skills:


Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.



Proven experience in SEO with a focus on improving organic search rankings. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and campaign execution.


Technical Skills:

Knowledge of on-page and technical SEO best practices. Familiarity with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools.


Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools for SEO and digital marketing analysis.



Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to explain SEO and digital marketing concepts to non-technical stakeholders.



Attention to detail in optimizing content, meta tags, and other on-page elements. Ability to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns with precision.


Proactive and Collaborative:

Proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities and addressing challenges. Collaboration with content creators, developers, and other stakeholders.



Performance Evaluation:


Successful implementation of SEO strategies and improvements in search engine rankings. Effective resolution of technical SEO issues and positive impact on website authority.


Digital Marketing:

Contribution to the execution of successful digital marketing campaigns. Improvement in key performance indicators for digital marketing initiatives.

Analytics and Reporting:

Regular monitoring and analysis of SEO and digital marketing performance. Preparation of insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
